FAQ – Northeast Projects

Exterpark decking is supplied for residential and commercial projects across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland and Virginia through Cedro Rojo, our authorized US distributor. We supply the system and support your contractor directly with installation manuals, videos and technical support.

Send us drawings or square footage and we’ll quote the materials and recommend the system that fits the exposure. We provide samples, technical data sheets and installation manuals for your submittal package.

They attack the fasteners first: salt corrodes the screws, then each freeze-thaw cycle works them looser until the heads sit proud and rust streaks the boards. The Shark Clip holds each board from underneath while allowing it to expand and contract, on an aluminum substructure that doesn’t absorb water or rot.

Exterpark Tech composite carries a twenty-year no-fading warranty. Warranty terms for our hardwood and bamboo ranges depend on the product and the application, we confirm the applicable coverage in writing with every quote.
